عن مدار

مدار أداة مذاكرة مستقلة، وغير تابعة لجامعة الملك سعود ولا معتمدة منها. الملخصات والبطاقات والاختبارات مكتوبة من مواد المقررات وتسجيلات المحاضرات عشان تساعدك تذاكر، وهي مو مصدر رسمي وممكن يكون فيها أخطاء، فارجع للمصادر الرسمية في أي شي مهم. ما نتحمّل مسؤولية درجاتك أو نتائجك.

حسابك

• الحساب لطالب واحد، ويشتغل على جهازين كحد أقصى. لا تشارك حسابك أو كلمة المرور.
• أنت مسؤول عن المحافظة على كلمة المرور.
• نقدر نقفل الحساب اللي يتشارك، أو يُساء استخدامه، أو يحاول يخترق الموقع.

التجربة المجانية والاشتراك

• وقت التجربة المجانية تقدر تستخدم كل شي. بعدها تحتاج اشتراك الفصل للوصول للمقررات، وحسابك وملاحظاتك تبقى محفوظة.
• السعر هو المعروض في الموقع وقت طلبك، والاشتراك للفصل الحالي لين التاريخ الظاهر في حسابك.
• تطلب الاشتراك من داخل مدار، ويرسل لك أحد من الفريق رابط الدفع. بعد الدفع يوصلك كود تفعيل، أو ينفتح حسابك أول ما تعتمده الإدارة.
• لو صارت مشكلة في الدفع أو التفعيل، راسل الإدارة ونحلها معك.

لا يوجد استرجاع

كل المدفوعات نهائية، ولا يوجد أي استرجاع للمبلغ بأي حال من الأحوال، بما في ذلك إذا ما استخدمت الاشتراك، أو تركت المقرر، أو انقفل حسابك بسبب مخالفة هذي الشروط. جرّب مدار في الفترة المجانية قبل ما تدفع.

الاستخدام المسموح

• مدار لمذاكرتك الشخصية فقط.
• ممنوع نشر أو بيع الملخصات أو التسجيلات أو الحلول أو حسابك.
• ممنوع سحب المحتوى ببرامج آلية أو محاولة تعطيل الموقع أو اختراقه.

الحلول والنزاهة الأكاديمية

الحلول المشروحة موجودة عشان تفهم الأسئلة. تسليمها على إنها شغلك ممكن يخالف أنظمة الجامعة، وهذا على مسؤوليتك.

توفّر الخدمة

نحاول يكون مدار شغّال دايم، بس ما نضمن إنه يشتغل بدون انقطاع. المحتوى ينضاف أسبوع بأسبوع، وممكن نغيّر أو نطوّر المزايا.

حدود المسؤولية

مدار مقدّم «كما هو». في حدود ما يسمح به النظام، ما نتحمّل أي خسارة غير مباشرة، وأقصى مسؤوليتنا هي المبلغ اللي دفعته لاشتراك الفصل الحالي.

التعديلات والنظام

ممكن نعدّل هذي الشروط ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، واستمرارك في استخدام مدار يعني موافقتك. تخضع هذي الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

About Madaar

Madaar is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by King Saud University. The notes, flashcards and quizzes are written from course materials and lecture recordings to help you study; they are not an official source and may contain mistakes, so check anything important against official sources. We are not responsible for your grades or results.

Your account

• One account is for one student, on up to two devices. Don't share your account or password.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
• We may lock accounts that are shared, misused, or used to attack the site.

Free trial and the pass

• During the free trial you can use everything. After it, you need the semester pass to open the courses; your account and notes stay saved.
• The price is the one shown on the site when you request the pass, and the pass covers the current semester until the date shown in your account.
• You request the pass inside Madaar and a team member sends you a payment link. Once you've paid, you get an activation code, or your account opens as soon as the admin approves it.
• If something goes wrong with a payment or activation, contact the admin and we'll sort it out.

No refunds

All payments are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances, including if you don't use the pass, drop the course, or your account is locked for breaking these terms. Use the free trial to try Madaar before you pay.

Acceptable use

• Madaar is for your personal study only.
• Don't publish or sell the notes, recordings, solutions or your account.
• Don't scrape the content with automated tools, and don't try to disrupt or break into the site.

Solutions and academic integrity

The worked solutions are there to help you understand the questions. Submitting them as your own work may break your university's rules, and that is your responsibility.

Availability

We try to keep Madaar running all the time, but we can't guarantee it will never be interrupted. Content is added week by week, and features may change.

Liability

Madaar is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the current semester's pass.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and the date above; continuing to use Madaar means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
